Torion Group delivers residential and commercial renovation across Toronto and Greater Toronto Area. We handle the parts of a project that usually get handed off — drawings, permit applications, inspections, trade scheduling — so the client deals with one team rather than five.
Over 9years we’ve completed more than 160 projects for over 120 clients, from single bathrooms to full commercial fit-outs.

Arshia Sabet founded Torion Group in 2017 on a straightforward premise: most renovations don't go wrong because the trades are bad. They go wrong because nobody is holding the whole project together. The drawings say one thing, a trade assumes another, and the homeowner finds out weeks later, when it is expensive to undo.
Torion Group was built to close that gap. Design, permits and construction sit under one roof, every quote is itemised before work begins, and clients deal with a single point of contact instead of chasing five different trades. Nine years and more than 160 completed projects later, that has not changed.
Arshia still walks every project himself at quote stage, and stays reachable through the build.
